摘 要:用手术方法将鸡胚的一段小肠血液供应阻断,然后使其继续孵化,就可发生肠闭锁或狭窄模型。在闭锁近端扩张段粘膜层绒毛扁平,闭锁远端绒毛肥大,延长呈分枝状。检查结果与人肠闭锁及哺乳动物肠闭锁模型十分相似。显然,鸡胚肠闭锁模型的成功制作,可代替哺乳动物模型,而且实验简单,费用低。Blood vessels of an intestinal loop were coagulated on the 12th incubation day of chick embryos.The lesions were studied under light microscope in survivors at 4th day after coagulation.The findings in group 3(operated, n=25)were compared with those in group 1(control embryos,n=20)and group 2(sham operated,n=10). Type Ⅰ or Ⅱ intestinal atresia were obtained in 6(75%)of the 8 survivors in group 3,Observation under light microscope,it was found that there were some flattening of villi in the proximal dilated gut and apparently lengthened and brached villi in the distal gut.The findings were quite close to those observed in human intestinal atresia(IA)and in experimental model of the fetal lamb.This study suggests that IA model of chick embryo can be used instead of 1A model in mammal fetus and cost of IA model of chick embryo is much less.
