中医心肝肾三脏在应激反应中的作用

摘　　要：应激反应涉及五脏,但以心、肝、肾三脏最为重要。在应激状态下,心负责感觉和知觉的形成,并通过认知评价形成决策,传至皮层下中枢;处理内脏和躯体反馈信息;接受肾上腺皮质激素的调节。肝负责心下传的决策指令,在边缘系统形成情绪,并影响蓝斑-去甲肾上腺素神经元/交感-肾上腺髓质系统,引起平滑肌的收缩、血液的重新分布,完成应激心理上、生理上的反应,同时亦影响下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴使肾上腺皮质激素分泌增多,是应激反应形成的核心。肾主要通过肾上腺皮质激素完成应激的适应性反应,并影响着心、肝对其调节的敏感性。肝肾均藏相火,在应激反应中常互相影响。Stress involve in five zang-organs,but three in them including heart,liver and kidney is most important.In the condition of stress,heart is charged with the formation of sensation and perception,making decision after cognitive appraisal,thus transmit the decision to hypophloeodal center;transact the feedback of viscera and body;accept the regulation of adrenal cortical hormone.Liver,which transmit the decision from heart,form emotion in limbic system,and react on locus ceruleus-norepinephrine neuron/sympathetico-adrenomedullary system,that lead to smooth muscle restract and redistribution of blood,then perform the physiological and psychological reaction of stress,and also influence Hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis,which make adrenal cortical hormone secretion increased,is the core of stress reaction.Kidney mainly complete general adaptation via adrenal cortical hormone,and regulate the sensibitity to it of heart and liver.Liver and kidney all store ministerial fire,and influence each other in stress.
