摘　　要：运用UML建模机制建立了3G车辆监控系统模型,系统由车载单元、监控中心和GSM通信网络三部分组成.系统运行机制为,车载GPS接收机确定车辆的具体位置并以手机短消息形式通过GSM网络发送到手机短消息中心,短消息中心以存储转发的方式发送给监控中心.通过基于UML的统一软件开发过程,可以将3G车辆监控系统各部件有机的整合为一个整体,并为解决系统升级难题提供了方便.Monitor system model for vehicles was established based on the technology of 3G(GPS (Global Position System),GSM (Group Special Mobile) and GIS (Geographic Information System)).The system is composed of units on the vehicles,the monitor center and GSM network.The receiver on the vehicle judges the position of its own and reports it to brief message center via GSM network.Then the message is transmitted to the monitor center from the message center.The monitor center predominates all the aspects of the transformation.With the capability of unified software developing process provided by UML,every components of the monitor system is composed very well.It will facilitate the upgrade in the future.
