萨福克羊与哈萨克羊、小尾寒羊的杂交生产性能测定

摘　　要：选择3～4岁,体质量相近的适龄小尾寒羊和哈萨克母羊各90只作母本。成年萨福克公羊、小尾寒羊、哈萨克公羊各2只作父本,组成4个杂交组合,以小尾寒羊和哈萨克羊为两个纯繁对照组。采用人工授精的方法,于2003年7～8月配种,2004年1月产羔完毕,哺乳期4个月,在相同的饲养环境下,于2004年9月中旬,即8月龄时,进行屠宰试验和产肉性能分析。萨×哈和萨×其后代胴体质量,比哈萨克羊和小尾寒羊分别高出5.72kg和4.12kg,净肉质量比哈萨克羊和小尾羊分别高4.81kg和3.86kg。增加质量显著(P<0.05)。但萨×哈后代胴体质量、净肉质量比小尾寒羊分别高出12.01kg和10.49kg。增加质量极显著(P<0.01)。Selected 90 Small-Han-tail sheep and Kazakh sheep as mother body(♀),which age of 3～4 years old and weight to close each other.At the same time,selected Suffolk,Small-Han-tail,sheep,Kazakh sheep male apiece two as father(),divided them all into 4 groups have been crossbred.In it two groups,viz Small-Han-tail sheep and Kazakh sheep groups as to contrast groups of pure breed.Insemination 4 groups test sheep,in Jly.～Aug.2003.All female sheep gave birth to lamb finished,in Jan.2003.Fed lambs 4 months,weaned lambs from breast,in the same condition to fattened lambs.In middle of Sep.2004,viz these lambs age of 8 months,have beem slaughter test and production performance analyzed.Results indicated that S×K♀and S×H♀crossed offspring,s carcass weight higher than Kazakh sheep and Small-Han-tail sheep pure breed offspring,s 5.72kg,4.12kg,and net mutton weight higher 4.8lkg,3.86kg,increased weight marked ness(P<0.05),But S×K♀ offspring,s carcass weight and net mutton weight higher than Small-Han-tail sheep pure breed offspring,s 12.01kg 1049kg,increased weight terribly marked ness(P<0.01).
