摘　　要：文章介绍了英国高等院校理工科教育的教学体系、培养模式、课程设置、管理方法,比较了中英两国高等教育体制的差异,从社会环境和文化背景等方面对两国高等理工科教育的现状进行了分析和讨论。This paper introduces the teaching system, training mode, curriculum set-up and administrative method of higher education of science and engineering in Britain. The difference on education between China and Britain is compared. And the present status of higher education in two countries has been analyzed and discussed from different social environment and culture background.
