摘  要:果汁是大众消费品,在全球食品消费中占有非常重要的地位。我国是世界主要的浓缩果汁出口国之一,随着我国果汁出口量的增加,国际市场对产品质量的要求越来越高。系统介绍了食品法典、国际果汁生产商联合会(IFU)、欧盟果蔬汁饮料工业协会(AIJN)和德国RSK值标准体系及其主要内容,探讨了我国果汁标准体系存在的问题及国际果汁标准对我国果汁标准体系的影响。As a popular consumable, fruit juice plays a very important part in the global food consumption. China is one of the main exporting countries of concentrated fruit juice. With the increase in the output of Chinese fruit juice, the requirement for the product's quality in the international market is becoming more and more strict. In the paper, the Codex Alimentarius, the International Federation of Fruit Juice Producers (IFU), the Association of the Industry of Juices and Nectars from Fruits and Vegetables of the European Union (AIJN) and the PSK Value, together with their major contents, are described. Moreover, the current problems existing in the fruit juice standard system in China and the effect of international fruit juice standards on this standard system are discussed.
