摘 要:目的:观察杂色曲霉素(ST)对小鼠第四脑室外侧隐窝室管膜细胞结构的影响。方法:BALB/c小鼠,单次ST灌胃,分别于灌胃后1~16d处死动物,用扫描电镜观察外侧隐窝室管膜的结构变化。结果:ST灌胃后1h和2h组外侧隐窝处室管膜的纤毛稀少、粘连、倒伏;4h和8h组纤毛粘连和倒伏更加明显,并出现室管膜细胞的破损和分泌颗粒;16h组纤毛粘连变轻,纤毛数量和形态逐渐恢复到正常,分泌颗粒少见。结论:提示ST对小鼠外侧隐窝室管膜细胞有明显的损伤作用。Objective: To evaluate the possible effects of single oral administration of sterigmatocystin (ST) on the ependymal cell ultrastructure of the lateral recess of the fourth ventricle in BALB/c mice in vivo. Methods: BALB/c mice were treated intragastrically by gavage with ST at a dosage of 3 000 μg/kg once. The experimental mice were killed on 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 h after the oral administration. Ultrastructural changes of ependymal cells were observed with scanning electron microscopic method. Results: The results showed that 1 and 2 h after ST administration, the cilia of ependymal cells were significantly reduced. The cilia became twisted, adhered in tangle and some of them fallen down on the surface of ependymal cells. The changes were more obvious at 4 and 8 h after ST treatment. At the same time, a number of secretory vesicles and a few damaged superependymal cells were observed. Sixteen hours after ST treatment, the number and ultrastructural morphology of cilia on ependymal cells restored to the normal. Conclusion: Ultrastructural changes of the ependemal cells of the lateral recess of the fourth ventricle can be found after single oral administration of ST in mice, suggesting that ST may damage ependymal cells.
