摘　　要：目的:营养琼脂培养基是药典规定的细菌计数用培养基,因有反映该培养基质量不稳定,有必要研制一种更好的细菌计数培养基,载入中国药典。方法:通过10株代表菌,对3种培养基的初步筛选,研究出更适合细菌计数的培养基 PYA 后,并进一步优化;以20批样品对本培养基进行了初步考察。结果:PYA 培养基优于营养琼脂培养基。结论:PYA 培养基现在是国内细菌计数的最好培养基,与国产英、美药典的大豆胰酪胨琼脂培养基质量相当。Objective:As stipulated by Chinese Pharmacopoeia,nutrient agar medium is the media for total aerobic bacterial count.However,it had been reported that the quality of this medium was not stable,thus it is necessary to develop a better medium for total viable aerobic count inscrolled by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Methods:It was found that PYA was more suitable for total viable aerobic count among three kinds of media through ten kind of typical bacteria.After further optimized,this medium was initially investigated through twenty lots of samples.Results: PYA media were better than nutrient agar media.Conclusion:PYA media were the best media for total aerobic mi- crobial count in our country,which were equivalent to soybean-casein digest agar media in USP and BP.
