高校班级建设的管理学思考

摘　　要：班风是校风的基础,班级建设是学校建设的重要内容。班级建设不仅需要正确的教育思想指导,也需要适用的管理理论指导。班级建设和班级管理是两个密切联系又有所区别的概念,班级建设的内涵和外延大于班级管理,班级管理则是班级建设的基础和手段。探讨班级建设的管理学问题,既要明确班级管理的定义,也要分析班级管理的目标、班级管理的组织、班级管理的激励和班级管理的文化等一系列基本要素。Class spirit is the foundation of the school spirit, and the class construction is the important content of the school construction. The class construction needs not only the guidance of the correct educational ideology ,but also the guidance of the appropriate managing theory. Class construction and class management are two concepts that they are both combination and difference. Intension and extension of the class construction exceed the class management. We explore the management of the class construction, that is, we should know the definition, the target, the organizaion, the encouragement and the culture of the class management.
