摘　　要：在我国高等教育逐步大众化、社会逐步迈向学习化的历史时期,地方高校的成人教育必须走出知识教育的普教性误区,努力构建以“转移———就业———发展———素质”为重点的成人教育新的培养目标体系。Nowadays in China, higher education is becoming more and more popular, and the whole nation is eager to to learn something new. So the local colleges and universities must be aware of their own aims and directions of developing adults' education, correct the wrong idea that education should be universal, try to lay importance on 'transition-occupation-development-qualification' to construct new aims and systems of developing adults' education.
