摘　　要：在这篇文章中，我们强调了机器词典对于机器翻译等自然语言处理系统的重要意义。高质量的机器词典需要花费巨大的劳动。词典知识来源于语言学研究和计算语言学的工程实践，其编纂标准、信息表示及编码等均应考虑工程实现的效果。本文结合作者正在研制的汉英机器翻译系统（ＣＥＭＴ－Ⅲ），介绍了机译词典的有关实现问题，并讨论了词典知识在汉语分析和汉英转换中的作用。Abstract We emphasize that machine dictionary is important for machine translation systems and other natural language processing systems in this paper. A high quality machine dictionary needs hard work. The paper discusses some items about knowledge source, knowledge representation and code form of machine dictionary. A set of codes is put forwardwhich founded a base for our Chinese-English machine translation system. And a simple tranformating procedure is introduced in the last part.
