摘　　要：体育院校辅导员素质的高低,直接影响到培养体育人才的质量。因此,作为一名称职的辅导员必须做到:一强,事业心和责任感强;二正,为人正、处事正;三懂,懂学生、懂业务、懂政策;四会,会做思想工作、会解决问题、会实施管理、会总结创新。the ability of the political assistant directly affects the quality of the students.Therefore,a qualified political assistant should be followed as:First,the strong sense of the enterprise and responsibility.Second,the sense of justice.Third,the good understand of student,professional work as well as policy.Finally,the good ability of settlement,management as well as creation.
