摘　　要：抗日战争时期,甘肃中小学教师的学历构成低、待遇状况、政策和实际状况存在着差距。影响因素主要有经费、管理、师资培训以及聘用制度混乱,这些对当时甘肃教育有着一定的影响。During the Anti-Japanese War, the teachers in primary and middle schools had poor educational background and received poor pay. This was the result of inadequate funds, inefficient management and academic training, and disorganized recruitment of teachers.
