高校扩招后的大学生就业之对策

摘　　要：针对高校扩招后2003年出现的大学生就业难的局面,从劳动力市场需求、地域性经济发展和高校区域性布局、高校发展中的层次和结构、毕业生的就业观念等方面进行了分析,并就这些问题的解决提出了自己的观点。<Abstrcat> This paper analyzes the employment of undergraduates after the extending enrollment of colleges and universities in China Since 1999. It makes synthetical analysis through the following aspects: demands of labor market, regional economic development, the regional layout of the university, the strureture in development of university and the conception of undergraduates. The author puts forward suggestions to these problems.
