摘  要:目的:运用功能磁共振成像技术探索轻度阿尔茨海默病患者在记忆编码过程中的神经活动情况。材料和方法:分别选取10例年轻健康志愿者,10例中老年健康志愿者,8例临床诊断轻度阿尔茨海默病患者,在其记忆中文文字过程中行fMRI成像并要求扫描结束后对记忆内容进行回忆,比较分析各组受试者的脑区激活情况及回忆结果。结果:病例组对记忆内容的回忆较差,活动过程中仅表现为视觉相关皮质的激活。两组健康对照组对记忆内容的回忆较好,功能图像中激活的脑区无明显差异,激活脑区主要包括枕叶视皮质、顶上小叶、小脑半球、前额叶及海马旁回。结论:阿尔茨海默病患者早期可能存在文字视觉记忆编码的缺陷,运用fMRI技术可进一步协助诊断记忆方面疾患。To investigate the brain activities of patients with mild AD in the memory encoding by fM-RI.Materials and Methods:10healthy young volunteers,10healthy late middle-aged volunteers,and8patients with clinically diagnosed mild AD were examined.All subjects underwent fMRI scanning when they were memorizing some given Chinese words and were asked to recall them after the scan.The ac-tivated brain areas and the recall results were analyzed.Results:Patients with mild AD,who had poor recall of the Chinese words subsequently,showed activation during stimulus presentation only in the vi-sual association area.Both the two heathy groups,who had good recall of the words,didn’t differ in fMRI activation patterns.The activated areas included the occipital visual cortex、the superior parietal lobule、the cerebellum、the prefrontal lobes and the parahippocampus.Conclusion:Patients with mild AD in early stage maybe have deficient in memory encoding.fMRI is helpful in confirming the memory disorder diagnosis.
