摘　　要：竞争力、核心竞争力、国际竞争力已成为当今世界的一个热门话题和共同的研究课题。上海市造船工程学会在市科协、市科委的支持下 ,1999年初成立了“上海船舶工业国际竞争力问题研究”课题组 ,历时 9个月完成了该项课题研究。研究报告经由 9位院士和专家组成的评审组评审 ,被评价为一份高质量的研究报告。本文简述该研究报告的主要论点 ,供有关方面参考。The competition,kernel competition and international competition are becoming a focus today.Under the support of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Association and Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Committee,the Shanghai Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers has set up a project group “The Researches on the International Competition of Shanghai Shipbuilding Industry” at the beginning of 1999.It took 9 months to finish the project.It has been examined by 9 experts,including an academician and was considered as a report of high level.The main points of the project are briefly discussed in this paper for reference by the departments concerned
