摘 要:采用气相色谱法测定了32例乳腺癌患者和24例对照组的血清游离多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的组成。结果病例组n-6族的亚油酸(LA)、花生四烯酸(AA)及n-2族的小亚麻酸(ALA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的相对含量(%)分别为24.5、7.08、0.86、0.75和3.73,对照组分别为26.6、6.09、0.94、0.87和4.13。非配对t检验和x检验都表明病例组LA的相对含量显著低于对照组而AA显著较高(P<0.05),但两组的n-3PUFA的相对含量均无显著差别。提示乳腺癌患者血清游离脂肪酸的组成模式有了某种程度的改变。Seral free polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) compositions of 32 histologically diagnosed human breast cance patients (cases) and of 24 comparable non-cancerous women (control)were detected by gas-chromatography.It was found that the relative contents (percentages in total fatty acids) of two n-6 PUFAs like linoleic acid (LA), arachidonic acid (AA),and three n-3 PUFAs such as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) were averagely 24. 5,7. 08,0. 86,0. 75 and 3. 73 for the cases nrespectively;or were 26. 6,6. 09,0. 94,0. 87 and 4. 13 for the control respetively. Results of unpaired t-test as well as chi-square test show that the relaive content of LA in an is aignificantly lower than that in the control ,but it is opposite for AA (P<0. 05 for both);no significant difference between the two groups can be found for ALA,EPA and DHA. It suggests that Seral free PUFA compositions of breast cancer stifferers wight have been changed at some content.
