摘　　要：针对焦炉燃烧过程的特点,提出了一种融合模糊控制和专家控制的温度反馈控制方法.根据火道温度的给定值与反馈值之差,确定焦炉燃烧的供热量和相应的煤气流量,同时建立烟道吸力与煤气流量之间的关系模型,在煤气流量变化时调节烟道吸力,从而使焦炉处于最佳燃烧状态.This paper proposes a control method with the temperature feedback combining fuzzy control and expert control based on the characteristics of the burning process in the coke oven. The heating consumption required to burn is determined from the error between the given value and the feedback value of the burning temperature. At the same time, the relationship between the force of suction in flue and the flow rate of gas is established to adjust the force of suction when the flow rate varies, so as to maintain the optimal burning process in the coke oven.
