荧光法测定十二烷基苯磺酸钠鉴别潲水油的研究

摘　　要：潲水油是经过精炼的餐饮业地沟油,含有很多有毒有害物质,不法商贩将其掺入食用油中谋取暴利,严重危害人民的身体健康。实验研究发现,潲水油中含有洗洁精的主要成分十二烷基苯磺酸钠。潲水油经过水洗预处理,在水相中的十二烷基苯磺酸钠具有特征荧光λex/λem=230/290nm波峰出现,合格食用植物油的水相在此波长处无波峰出现。在合格食用植物油中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠的工作曲线推算出潲水油中所含十二烷基苯磺酸钠的浓度为25mg/kg。将一定比例的潲水油掺入到合格食用植物油中,按同样的方法预处理,测定水相的荧光,当潲水油的掺入量为10%时,其水相在λem/λem=230/290nm处出现明显的波峰,可见荧光分析法可以鉴别潲水油和合格食用植物油。Hogwash fat which is brought back edible oil market, influences badly health of men. Hogwash fat is probably joined sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate which is the major ingredient of detergent. The results show there exist apices at λex/λem = 230/290 nm in the fluorescence spectrum of the water phase gained from hogwash fat, while there hasn' t apex at the wavelengths in the fluorescence spectrum of the water phase gained from edible oil. The concetration of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in hogwash fat is 25 mg/kg. When hogwash fat into edible oil with 10% , there exist apices at the characteristic wavelengths in the fluorescence spectrum of the water phase gained from the oil mixture. The way that differentiate between hogwash fat and edible oil by fluorescence detection is sensitive and doable.
