摘　　要：目的　探讨Alzheimer病(AD)与血脂代谢异常的关系。方法　对2 5例AD患者和对照组30例健康老人的的血清ApoE、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)进行定量测定。结果　AD组ApoE为(39±5 )mg/L、TG为(1.35±0 .31)mmol/L、TC为(4.4±0 .5 )mmol/L ,均明显低于对照组[分别为(43±8)mg/L、(1.5 5±0 .2 2 )mmol/L、(4.8±0 .6 )mmo1/L],差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　AD患者体内存在血脂代谢异常。Objective To study the relationship between Alzheimer disease(AD) and the abnormal Metabolism of Serum Lipids.Methods The serum levels of ApoE,triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol(TC) were measured for 25 patients with AD and 30 normal controls.Results The serum concentrations of [ApoE (39±5)mg/L?TG(1.35±0.31)mmol/L?TC(4.4±0.5)mmol/L] in AD were significantly lower than those [(43±8)mg/L?(1.55±0.22)mmol/L?(4.8±0.6)mmol/L respectively] in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusions There is abnormal metabolism of serum lipids in AD.
