摘　　要：办刊经费、管理体制、编辑人才、学报质量等问题,成为制约成人高校、高职院校学报做大做强,得到可持续发展的瓶颈。学报要走出困境,获得可持续发展,必须寻找到正确的发展路径:一是要努力争得学校政策支持;二是要做好学报定位;三是要推出自己的名牌专栏;四是要形成独家风格;五是要努力培养和造就一支业务精、懂管理、善经营的高素质编辑人才队伍。The problem of the costs, management system and quality has become the bottleneck of sustainable development, which prevents the journals in higher schools from becoming popular. Journal will walk out of difficult condition, get sustainable development, must seek correct develop route: First to compete school policy with great efforts to sustain; Second to make journal location; Third to put the own column of famous brand to the market; Fourth to form sole style; Fifth train and bring up a business with great efforts the shrewd, high quality talent troops that understands management and good operation.
