摘　　要：教考分离是学分制顺利实施的重要保证,是实行教学考核和教学评价公平、公正的有力措施,是实现教风、学风根本好转的有效手段.要搞好教考分离,试题库(或试卷库)建设是基础,观念更新、思想统一是关键,规章制度、专门机构建立是保障.Implementing separation of teaching and examination could ensure to implement successfully credit management, justice of teaching estimate and examination, and improvement styles of study and teaching. While, it depends on the building of test questions databases, rules and organizations, and needs renew and unify one's idea.
