摘　　要：运用DACUM方法对《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》目标进行分解,对素质能力进行分析并开发学习软、硬环境和教学计划。并指出利用能力本位教育思想构建参与式体育教学模式的指导思想、教学目标、操作程序、现实条件以及评价体系。The method of DACUM was applied to analyze the objectives of”P.E. Teaching Guidelinefor Physical Education Curriculum in Institutes of Higher Learning in China”. The authors also analyzedthe quality competence and developed the study environment and teaching program. The paper intro-duces the guiding ideology of forming a participation PE teaching model with quality competenceteaching concept, teaching objectives, operation program, existing conditions and evaluation system.
