摘 要:以五个蛋白质含量不同的大豆品种为试材,对其种子发育期间的蛋白质含量、水分含量和干鲜重之比等8个性状指标之间的相互关系进行研究,期望探索出与蛋白质含量有协同变化规律的指标.结果表明,各品种种子的蛋白质含量(%鲜基)与干鲜重之比呈极显著的负相关,而与含水量则呈极显著的正相关,二个相关系数的绝对值几乎相等,相关程度高达92.4—98.1%.在R_6期以后,不同品种间表现为种子的含水量越高,种子的干鲜重比值越小,品种的蛋白质含量(%干基)就越高:相反,种子的含水量越低,种子的干鲜重比值越大,则品种的蛋白质含量(%干基)就越低.由此而提出了大豆蛋白质的间接粗选方法,并对这种方法的优缺点进行了探讨.In order to provide simple and indirect selection method of seed protein for highprotein breeding in soybean.correlatlon among several seed characters were studied during seed develop-ment for three protein types of five varieties similar in maturity. Data were recorded on 8 characters such as dry weight per seed, fresh weight per seed,water content,and protein content,etc. , every 5 days from 36 to 71 days after flowering. The experimental results indicated that there were great significant positive correlation of protein content (%,fresh weight basis) with water content and negative correlation of protein content (%,fresh weight basis) with Dry wt./fresh wt.. The absolute value of the two correlation coefficients were nearly equal for each variety. A-mong the five varieties, higher water content and lower Dry wt. /Fresh wt. correlated with higher protein content (%, dry weight basis),on the contrary,lower water content and higher Dry wt./Fresh wt. with lower protein content on the same day after R6 period. An extensive analysis method was put forward and its virtues and defects were discussed.
