摘　　要：本文论述了高校信息资源网络化建设的必要性,分析了当前在高校信息资源网络化建设中存在的主要问题,提出了加强高校信息资源网络化的措施,并就推进网络化信息开发与利用提出了建议。This article discusses the necessity of developing network information resources in university libraries and investigates the main problems in its construction. Then several methods are introduced to strengthen NIR in university libraries. In the end the author presents some proposals on how to utilize NIR after its construction.
