摘　　要：文章指出在建设西部企业文化时,必须找准企业文化的重点和核心,不断培育和完善适合西部企业发展的优秀企业文化。文章从企业文化的角度,立足西部企业发展的需要,提出了构建西部企业文化模式的基本思想、基本原则和措施。Facing the huge influence of culture in west China, we must seek th e key focal point and core when we construct corporate culture in west China. w e should cultivate and perfect the excellent corporate culture of enterprise dev elopment constantly in west china. From the anghe of corporate culture, the atic le, for the need of development of enterprises, put forward basic thoughts?basic principles and meaasures of construction of corporate culture model in west ch ina.
