摘  要:为了培养理工科大学生的创新意识和创新能力,有必要强化其思维训练。其训练途径主要有自我训练、组织辩论、头脑风暴法与综摄法训练。通过训练,可由单一走向多元,由自发跨入自控,为进入自由的思维王国奠定坚实的基础。In order to cultivate innovative consciousness and ability of science and engineering students, it is necessary to intensify their thinking training, of which the main purpose is to cultivate their innovative consciousness and ability, the methods include a self-training, organizing a debate, concentration of mind and comprehensive training. Through the training, the students can realize a muttielement development from a monadic one and stride into self-control mode from a spontaneous one, and establish a strong basis for free thinking.
