摘　　要：随着高职教育的迅猛发展,科研实力和科研水平成为高校的核心竞争力,由此要求科研管理人员提高自已的能力与素质,从而推动学院科研的发展。着重阐述了高职院校科研管理人员必须具备的六种能力和素质。With the rapid development of high vocational education, the strength and level of scientific research become the core competitive power, thus requiring the supervisory staff of scientific research to improve their abilities and caliber so as to make the development of scientific research. The paper lays stress on the six kinds of abilities and caliber needed by the supervisory staff.
