摘　　要：信用证英语属于专门用途英语(ESP)的范畴,有其独特的语体特征。文章通过大量的例句,全面分析国际信用证的词汇特征与句法特征,并指出其翻译过程中应注意的问题。L/C English is often seen as a type of English for Specific Purposes and thus often demonstrates its special linguistic and stylistic characteristics. By way of example, this article gives a detailed analysis of the lexical and syntactic features of L/C English, and discusses some problems in its translation.
