摘　　要：对客车转向架的脱轨和轮重减载问题进行了分析讨论,说明了在准静态条件下轮重减载率与脱轨系数的关系;对国内外的脱轨安全标准进行了比较和评述,提出了准静态和动态2种脱轨安全标准的概念,并提出不断完善我国脱轨安全标准应用的建议。The derailment and wheel unloading of passenger car bogies are analyzed and discussed. The relation between the wheel unloading rate and derailment coefficient under quasi-static conditions is explained. The domestic and foreign derailment safety standards are compared and reviewed. The two concepts of derailment standards under quasi-static and dynamic conditions are put forward. And suggestions to perfect continuously the application of derailment safety standards in our country are given.
