摘　　要：把馆长助理角色定位于馆长的助手与参谋、馆员的挚友、读书者的知音;归纳为参与政务、管理事务、协调关系、行使授权等工作职能;提出了高尚的思想品质、良好的职业道德、杰出的心理素质、合理的知识结构、完备的能力素养等素质要求。The orientation to the role of the assistant director of the librarian is a helper and a counsellor, a closed friend of the staff and the resders. The conclusion of its functions are participating administrative affairs, management, coordinating many relationships,performing authorities;and as well the requirements to it are the high quality of the thought,the nice professional moral character, the outsanding psychological quality, the reasonable structure of the konwledge, the perfect ability accomplishment.
