摘 要:用正交实验法研究从藤茶中提取二氢杨梅素的最佳工艺条件,探讨了不同提取时间、萃取温度及料液比等条件对提取率的影响,结果表明,在提取温度为95℃,微波辐射时间为15min,料液比为1∶20时二氢杨梅素的提取率最高。The optimum extracting condition for dihydromyricetin from ampelopsis was studied. The MAE conditions, such as the extraction solvent volume, extraction temperature, and the duration of extraction, were all studied to obtain maximum extraction yield. The most suitable conditions for the extraction were shown as follows: the extracting temperature was 95℃, the extracting time was 15min, and the solid-liquid leaching rate was 1∶20.
