地市高校在建设农村小康社会中的角色认知探析

摘　　要：地市高校的角色认知,是指地市高校在区域社会系统中所扮演的角色及其功能定位。地市高校的角色认知应遵循恪尽职守、适时调整,服务地方、融入地市,效益优先、突出特色等原则。地市高校是农村高级专业技术人才培养的摇篮,是农业科技创新的前沿阵地,是农村文化提升、精神文明建设的“导航员”,是农村终身教育体系建设的助力器,是地方政府决策的智囊团。Local universities’ role cognition refers to the role played by local universities and the orientation of their functions. Local universities’ role cognition should follow the following principles: keeping responsibilities and adjusting properly, serving the local area and being a part of it, giving priority to effectiveness and stressing characteristic. Local universities are the cradle of training senior professional technical talent in rural areas, the frontier of technological innovation in agriculture, the “navigator” in improving the educational level and moral civilization construction, the propeller of constructing the lifelong education system and the local government's brain trust in making policy.
