摘　　要：目的了解某二炮部队军人智力水平对业绩的影响。方法对1205名官兵进行团体智力测验及相关分析。结果二炮部队官兵及操作手智力与业绩均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论二炮部队官兵智力水平对业绩有显著影响。Objective To investigate the effect of the intelligence level of Missile-troop's officer and solders on the achievements. MethodsThe Intelligence Test group was used in 1204 missile officer and soldiers and their achievements were assessed. Results There were obvious positive correlations between the Intellingece Quotient and the achievements (P<0.01). Conclusion The intellingece level of the officer and solders in missile army effects significantly on their achievements.
