摘　　要：本文从新课程的特点来管窥教师角色的变化,深入阐述了教师角色在新课程中应转化为课程的开发者、建设者、研究者、创造者、反思者、改进者、合作者、协调者,以及学生发展的引导者和促进者,旨在帮助教师树立正确的教师角色理念,以形成良好的角色转换机制,为新课程的顺利实施作有益探索。This article peeps teacher's role from the feature of new curricula, and go deep into expatiate teacher's role to convert into the new curricular developer,constructor, reasearcher,creator,anti-thinker,reformer,cooperator,coordinator,and the guide of the students' development with fornarder.The aim is helping the teacher set up the right principle of teacher's role, become the good role the conversion the mechanism.Put make the beneficial quest into practice smoothly for new curricula.
