摘　　要：影响物价走低是低端商品供过于求 ,有效消费主体的瓶颈制约 ;政府宏观调控的作用 ;经济全球化的波及。针对成因采取的对策是 :改善消费结构和投资环境 ;提高商品和服务的知识含量 ;增加居民收入、改善社会阶层结构 ;充分就业。Prices' drop is due to supply over demand for the low-end goods, “bottleneck' effect of effective consumption; governmental macroscopic adjustment and control the impact of economic globalization. The countermeasure against that according to the causes of formation is to improve the consumption structure and investment environment; to raise the knowledge content of the goods and service; to increase resident's income, to change the social stratum's structure; to obtain fully employment and to expand demand, etc..
