摘  要:民办高职院校班主任工作,既不同于公办院校辅导员的工作,也有别于中学班主任的工作,是值得研究、探讨的一个问题。在高职人才培养过程中,班主任是"全程老师",其言行举止对学生有着最直接的影响。所以,班主任在日常管理、教育中,应充分发挥榜样作用、引导作用、管理作用、桥梁作用、培养作用,只有如此,才能提高管理效率,培养出合格的技能型应用人才。It is worthwhile to learn that the role played by class advisors in private senior vocational universities is different from the role played by the instructors in state-run universities and that played by head-teachers in middle schools. The authors of this paper think that in the cultivation of talented personnel at senior vocational universities class advisors act as 'the whole course teachers', whose speech and deportment have a direct influence on their student. Therefore, in the daily management and education, class advisors should give free rein to their functions as examples, directors, managers, bridge builders as well as educators. Only in this way can the management efficiency be improved and qualified applied technologists be cultivated.
