践行“三个代表”重要思想深化高校后勤社会化改革

摘　　要：如何进一步有效的处理和解决后勤社会化过程中面临的问题和矛盾,深化后勤社会化改革,“三个代表”重要思想具有指导性的作用和意义。在进一步深化高校后勤社会化改革的过程中,我们应当以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,坚持“与时俱进”的发展理念,落实科学的发展观,坚持“走出去”、“请进来”的组织和经营模式,加强高校后勤文化和队伍建设、坚持“以人为本”的指导思想。The important thought of “three representatives” serves as a guide in tackling and solving various problems and contradictions in the process of socialization reform of logistics in colleges and universities. This paper holds that when we are striving for logistic socialization and reform, we should adhere to the instruction of “three representatives”, insist on the principle of “keeping pace with the times”, and follow the organization and operation model of “going out” and “inviting home”. In the construction of logistic culture and personnel training, we must put into practice the guiding principle of “people foremost”.
