摘 要:通过试验对脉宽调制(PWM)保持电磁阀驱动参数进行了深入的研究.结果表明提高PWM频率可以降低电磁阀线圈的保持电流波动,但如果PWM频率过高,则电路电磁干扰也越严重,对PWM频率进行优化,可以同时减小电磁阀线圈保持电流波动和电磁干扰;PWM占空比决定了电磁阀线圈的平衡保持电流,在保证电磁阀可靠吸合的情况下,应该采用小的PWM占空比;延迟时间决定了电磁阀线圈的初始保持电流的大小,对延迟时间进行优化,可使其产生的电磁阀线圈的初始保持电流等于所采用PWM占空比对应的电磁阀线圈的平衡保持电流;同一平衡保持电流可以通过采用不同的低压电源电压和PWM占空比实现;提高高压电源电压可以缩短电磁阀的响应时间.Experimental studies on the parameters of pulse width modulation holding solenoid drive mode are carried out. The results show that increasing the frequency of pulse width modulation can reduce the fluctuation of solenoid's current. However, the electromagnetic interfering will increase when the frequency of pulse width modulation is excessive high. Reducing both the fluctuation of solenoid's current and the electromagnetic interfering can be achieved through optimizing the frequency of pulse width modulation. The stable current for holding the solenoid valve closing is determined by the duty cycle of pulse width modulation. Under the condition of reliable solenoid valve closing, small duty cycle of pulse width modulation is favorable. The initial current to hold solenoid valve closing is up to the delay time of pulse width modulation. It can be achieved that the value of the initial current for holding solenoid valve closing is equal to the stable current for holding solenoid valve closing through optimizing the delay time of pulse width modulation. The same stable current for holding the solenoid valve closing can be achieved by different voltage of low power source and the duty cycle of pulse width modulation. Moreover, increasing the voltage of high power source can reduce the response time.
