摘 要:柴油机蓄压式共轨喷油系统主要由低压油路、高压油路和各种传感器、电控单元ECU、执行元件等组成。燃油经低压油路、高压油路输送到高压蓄压器,再经过高压油管由喷油器喷入气缸。高压蓄压器中的压力由电控单元根据轨道压力传感器测量的压力以及需要进行调节;根据汽车的运行状态,电控单元从存储的特性曲线谱中确定合适的喷油定时、喷油持续期。研究分析表明这种喷油系统能够自动调节喷油压力、喷油量、喷油率和喷油时间,从而优化柴油机综合性能,减轻柴油机的振动和降低排放,是全新一代柴油机燃油系统。<Abstrcat> The (common) rail (accumulator) (injection) (system) of (diesel) (engine) (consists) of such (components) as (low-pressure) oil lines, (high-)(pressure) oil lines, various (sensors,) ECU and (actuators.) The fuel is (pumped) to the (high-pressure) (accumulator) (through) the (low-pressure) oil lines and (high-pressure) oil lines, and then is (injected) (into) the cylinder (through) the (high-pressure) oil lines. The pressure in the (accumulator) is (regulated) by ECU (according) to the (pressure) (measured) by the rail (pressure) sensor and the need. (According) to the traveling state of the car, ECU determines the appropriate injection timing and injection duration according to the characteristic curves stored. The research and analysis show that this kind of injection system can automatically regulate the injection pressure, fuel charge, injection rate and injection time, and therefore optimize the overall properties of diesel engine, and alleviate the vibration of diesel engine and exhaust emission. It is a new generation of diesel injection system.
