摘  要:采用高速摄影技术,对液化石油气(LPG)、柴油以及两种LPG/柴油混合燃料(LPG质量分数分别为30%及50%)的喷雾特性进行了对比实验研究,探讨了混合燃料成分、启喷压力、喷孔直径和喷射背压等参数对喷雾贯穿和喷雾形状的影响规律.研究结果表明,在相同的喷射条件下,纯LPG的喷雾贯穿距离最短,蒸发气化速度最快;四种燃料喷雾的贯穿距离均随背压的升高而减少,而其喷雾锥角则随背压的升高而增大;当背压大于LPG的临界压力时,两种混合燃料的喷雾贯穿距离和喷雾锥角均随喷射压力的上升、喷孔直径的增大而增大;背压对贯穿距离、喷雾锥角的影响均大于启喷压力.The characteristics of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) spray and LPG/diesel fuel blend spray were investigated by using high speed photography. The experimental results revealed that under the same nozzle hole diameter, injection pressure and back pressure, the LPG spray showed the shortest penetration and the fastest evaporation. For all tested fuels the spray penetration decreases, while the spray cone angle increases with the increase of the back pressure. When the back pressure is larger than the LPG critical pressure, the spray penetrations and spray cone angles of both LPG/diesel fuel blends manifest to increase with the increase of injection pressure and nozzle hole diameter. It is shown that the effects of the back pressure on penetration and spray cone angle are bigger than that of fuel injection pressure.
