成人高校德育应以自我教育为主

摘　　要：成人大学生与普高大学生比较,具有一定的独特优势:他们的生活经验、社会阅历相对丰富,有一定的工作经历和实践经验,独立自主的认知能力、思维模式初步形成,思想道德观念趋向成熟,理想目标追求更加具体。这就决定了成人高校德育应构建以自我教育为主的新模式:充分尊重学生的心灵和需求,坚持以人为本的人文关怀与服务,开展全方位的心与心的自由交流与引导,促进学生在丰富多彩的校园文化生活中自我感悟、超越、完善人格。Adult undergraduates have somewhat unique adcantages comparing to normal undergraduates. They have rather rich experience of life and society, considerable experience of work and practice, and their own perceptibility, thus their thinking model is primarily formed, moral conception is trending towards muatual, pursuing on ideal goal is more concrete. So that the moral education of adult academy should buld a new model focusing on self-education, which will respect the spirit and demands of students, insist on the solitude and service of human-centered, develop the heart to heart free exchange and guide, so as to promote students to comprehend, surpass, and perfect thrie own personality.
