摘　　要：文章以大学教育为切入点,考究中外名校的成功范例,从现实角度探讨一些大学生的学习动机缺乏,浅析缘由之后,导出如何激发学习动机。并在实际教学中,创设问题情境,实施启发式教学,激励大学生学习的积极性。In this article,it mainly says the education of the college students,which according to the successful models among the famous colleges in China and foreign countries.Seeing the lack of study motive among college students in reality,after analyzing the cause to a small extent,we can know how to intrigue their motive of study.Further more,we can set the scene in questions,and adopt an illuminating method of teaching,which can inspire the enthusiasm of college students.
