摘　　要：这篇文章首先考察了目前高校毕业生在就业市场上的现状,在此基础上对当前劳动力市场上的毕业生需求进行了分析;接着从就业率、过度教育等角度,探讨了高等教育规模扩展的前后以及未来一段时间内劳动力市场对高校毕业生的需求走向;基于这一系列的现状与预测分析,本文最后预测了劳动力市场的需求的趋势。This paper firstly introduces the present situation in the labor market of higher educational graduates in China to reveal what kinds of graduates are more likely welcome in labor market. Then secondly, from the view of employment rate and over-education, the paper discusses the tendency of supply and demand b etween graduates and labor market. After the analysis of the present situation a nd the tendency, the paper lastly attempts to forecast what will tend to happen in the higher education system under the changes of labor market.
