摘　　要：首先介绍了分块矩阵的初等变换的概念,然后将矩阵的相似变换和合同变换推广到分块矩阵上,并得到了两个定理,然后给出若干应用。The paper recommends the concept of elementary transformation of block matrices. Then the paper generalizes the similar transformation and congruent transformation to block matrices and presents two theory. And some application is given in the end.
