摘　　要：培养和造就高素质的创造性人才,是我国当代教育肩负的历史重任。我国进行创造性教学有重要意义。了解创造型人才的素质、特征。注重培养学生创造力,鼓励学生努力培养自己的创造性人格与个性是培养创造型人才的基本。本文从以上几方面做了简要阐述。It is diachronic important task for our contemporary education to cultivate and make creative talented man with high diathesis. It is very important to undertake the creative education in our country. This is the basement to understand the diathesis and characteristic of creative talented man,to pay attention to cultivate the creative power of students and encourage them to raise the creative personality. We briefly explain the aspect mentioned above in this paper.
