青少年正畸治疗前后上中切牙牙根吸收的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究青少年正畸治疗前后上中切牙牙根吸收的发生率。方法随机选择至少经过12个月固定正畸治疗,矫治前后有清晰的全口曲面断层片的病例60例,用根吸收分级评估法记录矫治前后上中切牙牙根吸收的情况,并进行统计分析。结果治疗前5.83%的上中切牙存在轻度牙根吸收,治疗后23.3%的上中切牙存在牙根吸收,其中3.67%为中、重度吸收。结论正畸治疗后上中切牙牙根吸收较为常见,大部分为轻度,少部分为中重度牙根吸收,成为危害患者美观及功能的隐患。Objective:To examine the incidence of resorptioradix of fir st incisor after juvenile orthodontic treatment.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly selected after fixatio-orthodontic treatment at least 12 months.Each of the pat ients had clear film of orthopanotomography.The resorptioradix of first incisor was evaluated by used the grade evaluate method.Results:Before orthodontic treat ment, the incidence of resorptioradix of first incisor was 5.83%, all of which s howed a light resorptioradix.After treatment the incidence was 23.3% and 3.67% w as middle or several resorptioradix.Conclusion:After orthodontic treatment, the resorptioradix of first incisor is common.Vast majority is light.Some of them is middle or several.We should pay a great attention to the matter.
