摘　　要：开放教育的发展体现了教育的人性化、民主化、终身化。开放教育是民族高校可持续发展的战略选择。构建民族高校开放教学模式是民族高校人才培养的有效途径。Open-education reflects the humanity, democracy and lifelong tenure of education.It is a strategy selection of nationalities institution of higher learning in their development. Constructing open-education model of nationalities institution of higher learning is a effective way of nationalities institution′s student cultivating.
