摘　　要：介绍了等离子喷涂设备的组成及技术要求,分析并设计了等离子喷涂的电路图及工作程序流程图。以西门子公司S7-200可编程控制器为中心元件,设计了等离子喷涂设备的PLC自动控制系统。该系统具有操作方便、可靠性高、工作电流稳定性好的特点,控制功能和精度优良,可喷涂各种合金及陶瓷粉末,喷涂效果理想。In this paper,the constitution and technical requirement of plasma spraying device are introduced,and the circuit and the operating procedure designed are analyzed.In addition,the PLC automatic control system of plasma spraying device was developed by using the S7-200 programmable logic controller from Siemens Inc.This system shows the convenient operation,high reliability and stable working current.With the excellent control function and accuracy,this device is satisfing to spray various alloy and ceramic powders.
