摘  要:根据视动性眼震(OKN)的增益(G)对豚鼠眼震电图(ENG)被动定标的方法,以动物实验和正常人主动、被动定标值之间的比较进行验证。一组单侧急性前庭功能丧失的动物,其自发性眼震(SN)的慢相速度在24h内呈特征性指数下降。10例正常受试者眼速的主动定标值和被动定标值在低鼓速段,(30~60°/s)差异无显著性,高鼓速段(75~165°/s)的被动定标值经OKN的增益校正后与主动定标值差异亦无显著性。提示该定标模型较准确、可靠,本方法适用于前庭外周性实验。The passive calibration of ENG according to the gain of OKN evoked in guinea pigs wasstudied in this paper. The method was also verified by animal experiment and the comparison betweenactive calibration and passive one in normal subjects, OKN was elicited by optokinetic drum with blackand white strips at 10 intervals at velocity of 5~60°/s。The calculating formula of passive calibration inanimals obtained by mathematical corollary is K=G· STΣ· DV/SA Σ.The slow-phase velocity ofspontaneous nystagmus in a group of animals with acute loss of unilateral vestibular function recordedwith this method showed typically a logarithmic decline within 24 hours,No significant difference between the values of active and passive calibration was found in normal subects. The results demonstrat-ed that the method described in the paper was accurate and reliable. It can be used in perivestibular ex-periments.
